PLEASE READ CAREFULLY 

 

Week commencing Monday 23rd March 

You will see below the rehearsal schedule for our week in the theatre . Please note there are no normal weekly classes running during the week of the show .

 

Please arrive 10 mins before your child’s time so that the days can run smoothly . When you arrive , please come to the main entrance and wait in the Atrium to be called into the theatre . Parents should remain in the Atrium and will not be allowed into the theatre .

 

Traffic : We are of course well aware of coming from school and traffic so please try your best to be there on time but also be patient if we run overtime due to children arriving late . 

 

Please be respectful of the School’s property . We have used the theatre now for 6 previous shows and have a very good reputation which we would like to keep . Please look after your children and please have snacks in the car rather than when you are in the school . Lesley and I do not want to be clearing away rubbish when we finish.

Water bottles are of course fine . 

 

As with our Sunday 

rehearsals there is no need for dance uniform , just appropriate dance shoes of course.

Friday 

Please read carefully: We will be having a run through of the show . This is not a dress rehearsal so students only need their appropriate dance shoes and be wearing clothes they can move easily in. 

 

We like the children to watch each other’s dances so we have all of Act 1 performers from 5.15pm  . Students can come into the theatre ( No Parents ) 

 

NB Bunnies , birds , butterflies and rainbow dreams are NOT needed for this
